• Platform access for creators to showcase their services
• Project posting and management for companies
• Payment processing and escrow services
• Communication tools between creators and companies
• Order management and delivery tracking

Account Creation: You must create an account to use our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Types: We offer two types of accounts:

• Creator Accounts: For content creators offering UGC services
• Company Accounts: For businesses seeking UGC content

Account Verification: We may require verification of your identity and business information to ensure platform security and quality.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

Escrow Service: Payments are held in escrow until order completion and approval by the company.

Refunds: Refund policies are determined by the specific terms agreed upon between creators and companies for each order.

Creator Rights: Content creators retain ownership of their work until full payment is received and the order is completed.

Transfer of Rights: Upon full payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the company as agreed upon in the order terms.

Platform License: By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to display your content for platform functionality and marketing purposes.

Content Standards: All content must comply with applicable laws and our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

Direct Resolution: We encourage users to resolve disputes directly through communication and negotiation.

Platform Mediation: We may provide limited mediation services at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.

Legal Action: Users may seek legal counsel or pursue legal action as appropriate under applicable laws.

No Platform Liability: Neptune Lab LTD is not liable for disputes between users and does not act as a party to user agreements.

Platform Role: Neptune Lab LTD operates solely as an intermediary platform. We do not create, produce, or deliver content ourselves.

No Warranty: We provide no warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or fitness for purpose of any services offered through our platform.

Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount of commission fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

User Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Platform Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons at our discretion.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Outstanding orders and payments will be handled according to our standard procedures.
